Hey everyone,

Look who it is! Our Bayan-Bayanan Elementary School Drum & Lyre Band performing at the town competition!

Do you remember just a while ago, we saw them give a preview of their Ryzza Mae dance for us? Well, they've finally perfected it!

The Bayan-Bayanan Elementary School consisting of mainly "kulot" and "unat" Aeta children competed at their town's inter-school Drum & Lyre band Competition on Saturday, September 28th. They competed with three other Drum & Lyre bands from Dinalupihan, Bataan. All of the competitors from the other schools had competed several times before. After practicing for only two months, though, our group proved that they  too could compete with show-level groups!

The venue was PACKED to the brim with people from all over the town of Dinalupihan. Even the parents of the Aeta children came down from the mountains for this occasion. And they were not disappointed. The Bayan-Bayanan Elementary School Drum & Lyre received a special award from the mayor of Dinaluphian, Bataan for their excellent performance!
